Pattern Shop:
Having our own well equipped pattern shop with all major necessary wood processing machines like wood band saw cutter, Thickness with Surface planner, Bench grinder, Lathe m/c & Drill, Lathe etc. where can make all Wooden, Aluminum, Gun-metal, Shell moulding patterns from your drg./design/sample etc. Proper storage of patterns to maintain the condition of the valuable customer patterns.
Moulding & Core (Co2, No-bake, Single part):
High Speed Intensive Mixer for Moulding sand preparation -1800kg/hour. Mould Sand preparation mixers & mullers – 2 nos. each of 300 kg capacity. Core sand Preparation Mixer – 01 no. with 200 kg capacity. Co2 Gas Manifold – 01 no. Mould boxes from 300 mm to 1800 mm. Pneumatic rammers for sand ramming. Air-compressor with capacity of 32 CFM air supply for pneumatic tools.
Melting:
Medium frequency Induction melting furnace of INDOPOWER -250 KW with two crucibles- one having capacity of 300 kg & another one of 750 kg. Water softening plant for generating soft water to circulate within copper coils of furnace. Immersion type Pyrometer for Temperature measurement of Liquid metal.
Knock-out:
Pneumatic chisel for easy sand removal also Mechanized Knock-out is already ordered
Fettling:
Swing Frame grinder (16”x2.5”)– 02nos. Flexible shaft grinders with various attachments – 08 nos. Gas cutting accessories / IGBT based welding & Electric Arc cutting machine of 600 AMPS. Heat-treatment – In house with computerized control (Time-Temp chart) which is suitable to perform H/t of majority of Ferrous grades. Shot blasting – 48” size Turn table double door shot blast machine suitable to do shot blast for the daily produced castings.
Material Handling:
EOT crane of 3 TONS in production area EOT crane of 2 TONS for Fettling area EOT crane of 1 TONS for Heat-treatment area
ERP software:
We are using Foundry Customized complete software for the ease of production operations with all required modules like stores, purchase, patterns, production, testing, dispatch etc.
