We have well equipped in-house testing facility that can be used for wet analysis of C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Ti, V, S, P and other elements. This analysis is undertaken to manufacture our range as per the specifications and standards by Spectrometer, which is used for online chemical testing. To ensure that our range adheres to all national and international standards, all equipment undergoes severe tests.  The machines used for this purpose are:

• Rockwell hardness tester
• Poldi brinnel hardness tester
• Band test machine
• Universal testing machine (FIE) UTN-40
• Impact testing machine(FIE) I T 30 for UTS, Ys, V-notch test

We check the product line on the following parameters:

• UTS
• Ys
• Elongation
• Metalloraphic microscope

Taurus Technocast. was established in the year 2006. The foundry is situated in the Vatva -industrial area of (Gujarat Industrial development corporation) Ahmedabad , in Western India. Ahmedabad is big city and is well connected by air, train and road transport. The company is supported by well qualified and experienced Engineers.The company is capable of producing 500 ton of steel castings per annum and supplying to major ledaing customers manufacturing Valves & Pumps across the country.
We at blossom technocast pvt. ltd. shall provide castings as per the customer’s requirements and indian / overseas standards.

Chemical Analysis:In house- Complete set-up for chemical analysis of daily produced heats with Spectrometer latest model SPECTROMAXx-F imported from Germany with 28 Elements -- Fe –base & Nickel base program.
Tensile & Bend testing:Universal testing machine of capacity 20 tons (UTN-20) is calibrated under LLOYD’S/NABL for checking Tensile, Elongation, Yield stress & R.A. for taken everyday heat samples.
Hardness testing:‘SMS’ make Hardness testing machine suitable to perform the test as per Brinell and Rockwell.
NDT testing:In-house Dye- Penetrant & Magnetic particle testing facilities. Radiography & Ultrasonic testing from the any reputed outside lab. Located very nearby.
Sand testing:Acid test is being conducted for checking carbonate contamination. Strength and Hardness is being checked.
Inspection:All necessary instruments required for casting inspection like - Marking plate, Height gauge-24”,Vernier-8”to24”,Dial vernier, Digital vernier, Combination set, Radius gauge, Inside-outside calipers etc.
Approvals:Our shop has got an approval from “INDIAN BOILERS REGULATING ACT (IBR)”and do execute orders under IBR inspection. An ISO 9001:2008 approval from TUV-NORD (German accreditation). PED & W0 approval from TUV-NORD systems GmbH &Co.Kg (Essen)
